I just got this via e-mail. Posted to my own site for download.

I have no reason to doubt that this is a for real phone call. Might be a little risky to post on Fark, but you guys are cool.

I will never complain about the dipshit customers I deal with again.

Before listening:

1) Empty mouth and throat of any coffee or Diet Pepsi.
