Now what do I do?
The loved one calls me last night.
She has a new employee and she wants me to call her to help "train" her. Never mind the bad grammar. This call will cost money. I demanded a discount...no word on the response (lost cell signal in rural WY)...yet. So, so I do the secret shopper thing or be upfront about who I am and why I'm on the line?
