I get these coupons for up to $8 worth of hospital cafeteria food while momWolf is in the hospital. It's a kind of a bonus club. Instead of frequent flyer miles, I get food, a discount in the gift shop, and free parking.

Usually I'm there around or after lunch and I get the sushi plate (I'm a sushi wuss, so it involves some kind of seafood that's already cooked, like the crab, shrimp, or smoked salmon). Today I was there for dinner.

I had the meatloaf and the mac 'n cheez, some peanut butter cookies, and a Coke.

And two rounds of Tums. So far.

If you don't hear from me again, tell the CDC that it was the meatloaf.
