Tattoo baby dolls--SO COOL!
Thrift store baby dolls + tattoo artists + embroidery.
http://www.daintytime.com/tattoo/gallery/ I see there's a section on there on how to make your own, though I would think it would be hard without access to both sides of the cloth. I like them because they incorporate real tattoo processes-- the traditional "suit," an outlined tattoo not finished because it's a "work in progress" etc.
