				Adding machine woes

OK, I'm a freaky deaky manual reader. I read instructions before doing almost anything! Yet, this damn adding machine has me perplexed. So, you accountant types: When entering a series of number on an adding machine (In this case Casio HR-150TE) can't you push some button at the end of the series that reports how many items were in that series? It seems so simple, why can't I figure it out? Any ideas? And yes, you can tell me I'm a dimwit, I know.
