Also, in my experience, it seems most parent's objections to sex, innuendo, and language, is having to deal with the embarrassment of their their child getting in trouble for repeating stuff at school.
My sister was pulled aside at drop off one morning because her son had repeated a line from the Simpsons.... something about a porn store. He was admonished for saying it so he then asked what porn was. The "teacher" (a woman with 5 children, some of them college aged) told him it was a bad thing that naughty people do to each other.
