Turns out my CRS is a symptom of TMB.

When you find an image online, copy the image location (the url for the image).
In the cellar, click on mountains icon (has the popup text "insert image"). Paste the url in there. The image is now hotlinked in your message. Web sites owners don't like this because you end up using their bandwidth. Every time someone looks at the page with your message on it, their browser goes to the original site to get the image.
