WEEK 8 DAY 5
Is my leg and back routine day so I decided not to jog. While loading the dvd, my sister came out to the living room and we started to yakity yak yak. Forty minutes later, I'm still sitting there on the sofa.

I know I'd feel bad later if I decide to skip exercising so I switched to Jacker Warner's leg and ab workouts. Shorter time but I still had a good workout.

I know how you feel. I need to get to bed no later than 11:30 if I want to wake up at 5:30. Anyways, I hope you're doing well with your classes.
