Big breasts are great, but that's only because any sized breasts are great. They're all equally sexy. The source of the fascination with breats is, I believe, that all modern forms of clothing cover the nipple, thus elevating it to a fetish. Actually, to be specific I believe there is a ratio between the smallest point of a woman's waist and her widest part of her hips/ass which creates the desired appearance. It isn't necessary for a butt to be big in order to produce this ratio, but a big butt basically guarantees it.
