I don't think the people of North Koreans hate us any more than we hate them. Our respective governments have some issues, tho but I don't see that trickling down to a personal level.
The actual citizens of France hate the actual citizen of the United States. They always have and they always will. I spent enough time there to know. And, as Bruce indicated, this goes wayyyy back. Fuck the French.
