A Cellar Dwellar was trying to type 'haha' on their phone. The phone autocorrected 'haha' into 'haggis'.
It's meant as a Cellar-alternative to LOL. For instance, if a rooster stabbed you in the privates with his beak, you might post: "I've been pecked in the pecker by a pecker pecker!" And some clever Dwellar might post: "Haggis!"
