We know the Kurds were a strong American ally. Nobody - except Donald Trump brainwashed disciples - denies that. The American / Kurd alliance remained one of the strongest and most effective against Daesh.

Even Turkey provided tactical support and freedoms to Isis. That was restricted when Americans got involved using NATO alliance principles that also kept Turkey from attacking the Kurds.
