This is what's great about America.
Congress passes a law then the Supreme Court "tests" it against the Constitution. Whether you like the outcome of the ruling or not, you have to admire a beautiful machine working to well-oiled perfection. And, as HM notes, you don't find Thomas and Ginsburg on the same side of many fences.
