I'm not sure myself, but I can hold a five year old girl in one arm while holding a two year old boy in the other. |

6'0" 220 lbs, down from 250. I've still got a bit of the pony keg, but hopefully it'll be a six-pack (or a reasonable facsimile) by the end of the year.
