Yeah, I was planning on a not prozen or previously frozen but now thawed version.

Oreo balls are EXTREMELY yummie little things I found at my friends house this year:

Ingredients: (do not use off brand or it doesn't taste right)
1 pkg Double Stuffed Oreos
1 pkg Philly Cream Cheese
2 pkgs nestle white chocolate chips

Tools:
Cookie sheet or pizza pan type surface (you'll need 2 portable surfaces)
Double boiler or glass bowl + microwave
Wax paper or FOIL cupcake liners
Toothpicks
Food Processor or big Zip lock - type baggie

Prep:
Chill cookie sheets or pizza pans until cold.

1. Put oreos in Processor or Baggie and crush until fine.
2. Add Philly and squish it all together until well mixed.
3. Put wax paper on the chilled cookie sheet/pizza pan
4. Roll mixture into balls about 1" diameter and place on cookie sheet
5. Put a toothpick in the middle of each ball.
6. Continue until sheet is filled or you run out of mix.
7. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Then:
1. Put the chips in a glass bowl and microwave, stirring every 2 minutes with a fork until melted. (Or melt in a double boiler.)
2. Get the chilled balls and the second chilled surface out
3. Cover the 2nd surface with wax paper or set out the cupcake liners.
4. Using the toothpicks, dip the balls into the chocolate, let drip, then place on second surface (or in liner).
5. Remove the toothpicks and drizzle remaining chocolate over the holes left by the toothpicks.
6. Chill balls for 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
