Or...spread the cream cheese on the slice of ham, put a dill pickle on it, roll it up and slice it.
(You do have to dab the ham dry for the cream cheese to stick).

May I suggest:

Spinach dip in a bread bowl - dip being made from Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix.

Chedder Sausage meatballs - made with bisquick
