Now having spent a good deal of time in the indie CD selling industry, I can tell you without a doubt that CD Baby's order confirmation message is one of Mr. Sivers finest innovations. This is the third time I have seen it shared "virally" which makes it nothing short of a marketing phenomenon.

It would be better if he changed it every once in a while though. After your fifth order with them it does get a little old.
