I just worked as a subcontractor. I was told to put together about 4 pages. I ended up building about 16 with the limited information I had. This included setting up forms for each product information request.

This was all basic HTML work using Frontpage 2000. I delivered everything at the flat rate of $400. I sept 15-20 hours on the original and one update after client review.

Of course, this was 6 weeks ago and I have not been paid yet. When the client pays the contractor, he has promised to pay me.

It's an associate of an associate of mine so I am not pressing - yet.
