What the hell do I do with this information?

Write a program that prints the numbers from 1 to 100. But for multiples of three print "Fizz" instead of the number and for the multiples of five print "Buzz". For numbers which are multiples of both three and five print "FizzBuzz".

There are people claiming to be programmers that can't instantly solve this in code? The writing it down is the only thing that might take a minute.

I'm going to go slam my head into a wall for a few hours.
