Ok. Here's the real thing. Looks burnt, but was basted w/dark soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, coriander & garlic powder. Injected w/Tonys.

Okay, so I assume there's alcoholic beverate in the reservoir that the beast is impaled upon ... what did you cook it in? What appliance is tall enough to accept that contraption upright?

We do ours over an open fire in our pit, get's the outside nice and crispy

My cooker is Here . The 32oz. beer has 1/2 drank, then garlic and whatever spice you prefer added.
