monster -- Much work... it's all deferred maintenance. I am not a good dental patient. I have a good dentist, but I have an irrational negative reaction to going to the dentist. I hate it. Now I'm paying the piper. Fortunately, my next appointment is in six months, a regular checkup. You can bet I'll be there for that one. This ordeal was not worth it.

DucksNuts -- I suppose I might have been grumpy, but actually, that is just my regular mug. I'm actually ecstatic that I've had my dental sentence commuted. Also, as I pointed out, I'm substantially anesthetized here.
