In general, parents here would be much more accepting of the violence than the sexual innuendo. We do have fatal violence, but it depends very heavily on the context. Accidents, and "bad guys" getting killed is much more acceptable than a good guy dying, or worse, a moral quandary in which a good guy kills someone else who might or might not actually be a bad guy. Conflicted protagonists, or antagonists who have somewhat understandable motives, are not common at all in kids' shows.
