If they bring the food to you, I don't think it counts as fast food ... walk up or drive up to order is a defining characteristic.
If we're allowed to name any darn place that makes burgers, I have to go with the Wet Willy from Reno's in Exton, Penna. That is a burger, let me tell you ...
