If it were my pic, and I was dead set on retaining the rights to it, I would tell Tony, "Go ahead and keep it up, just add attribution and a copyright notice".

Be fair, the Google advertising on the IotD might make 50 cents from a day's shot. Pro photographers will lament the loss of that income.
(Flickr is a Yahoo! property, Yahoo! had $6.7B in revenues in 2007.) |

I use a lot of pics from Flickr, but I don't use the "all rights reserved" ones. You just have to look and see if there's a common use license.

), that said it came from Flickr. On tsibley's Flickr link the name of the photographer is pinoyphotog, which makes me believe it's probably the Philippines or S.E. Asia. That would fit the architecture too.
