I read the Fix It Again Tony jibe back in the 80s - never really applied to any of the Fiats my friends owned.
Perhaps it's because it's a European car and we live - technically - in Europe. I've know more people who had issues with Japanese cars back in the day, because they had to wait for parts. Not really defending a car I have never driven (ie the 500) just windering if it's a cloche or a problem with parts.
