I think I need a nap after reading that post. You're nearly as bad as tw sometimes Jim. lol

Good for you though. Sometimes it takes a fair bit of shit to realize the things you've written about here. Lots of us never get to that stage, and I guess that's why we spend so much time worrying about the future.

Sometimes I think it's about the types of things you value also. For instance, some people are so consumed with making sure they have enough money/investments for when they can't work anymore that they spend all their best years holed up working their arses off, only to have a heart attack two days after they retire. That's an extreme analogy I know, but I'm sure you get my point.

Yeah, work hard, do your best, be a good person, but in the end, what happens is going to happen, and sometimes the shittiest things turn up roses in the end.
