"I was horrified. They said they'd 'fixed that for' me, but they didn't really fix anything."

(voice cracks) "I mean, I didn't say "for the want of getting nailed a battle was lost. My family read that and it hurt them. It really hurt them."

(soft crying) "But there's no going back you know? Once seen it cannot be unseen..."
