I have been rear ended twice in my little car. fuckingfuck. One thing I learned from the process, the amount of damage you can "claim" for your injuries is directly proportional to how much you're spending / receiving for health care for your injuries. The lady actually told me since I only went to the doctor one time, she could only offer/permitted to allow me a low amount of damages. Well, shit. I guess I should have been more of a squeaky wheel. Point is, don't be stoic about your injuries. If you're hurt, get cared for, then get compensated.
