Is this a British shooting technique I'd never heard of?

The optic nerve (2nd cranial nerve) crosses over to the opposite brain hemisphere; thus, left eye target acquisition yields right brain response in the form of kill them all, let God sort them out while right handed shooting correlation to left brain speech lateralization yields methodical accuracy to ensure all of them get killed. The technique is taught to MI6 level operators.

I just made that up. Sounds good though doesn't it?
