In my opinion, Philadelphia and St. Louis are two of the most underrated cities in the United States.

In my opinion, most of New Orleans should not be rebuilt. I think it would be extremely shortsighted.

IMO? People should consider one another. As individuals. With individual problems. Indivdiual needs. Also, some people might just like to type 'individuals' and be sick.
