I mentioned in another thread that, as of vB 3.5, the registration process involves a "captcha":

The system creates an image of several letters or numbers that a real human has to read and re-enter, to prove they are not automation.

The down side of this is that no blind people can register for the Cellar. Their programs can't read the captcha.

I realize that this thread was not created to ask the question, but I thought it was interesting anyway.

Hopefully a blind person could get some help to handle that captcha. I see it used so much, they would surely have run into it before. I'd be real curious if we have any blind members or lurkers.
