Let's say (hypothetically speaking of course
 ) you've got this house. You live in it. You've owned it for about 10 years. Its market value is somewhere between 2.5 and 3 times the current balance of your mortgage.If you don't feel like selling the house and moving, what are some techniques for taking advantage of your equity? |
