And regarding the opening post, footfootfoot and mtp have the most insightful thoughts on this issue. I believe there's been one allegation. That's it. No actual evidence has surfaced, just enough high profile talk to let the suspicious among us imply the worst.

Just curious, do you consider such a threat described in the OP as terrorism, worthy of military action?
