no matter how cool it is, and how many times I try, I canNOT get into it. It's like wrestling--things I think I should like, or might like, but don't.

The powers that be wanted to title a certain anime into a very corny and imho irrelevant title in English. Common sense prevailed and they kept the title Utawarerumono, now my current favorite anime. Hard to believe the anime is based on a dating game.

The only problem with a show like Naruto is that sometimes it's like Dragon Ball Z in that it takes a year's worth of episodes to resolve a single fight. In real life, a fight is resolved in an average of five seconds. Five seconds.

That's why it is anime. That's why I watch it. It's not real life, it is anime.

Bleach is good. Though they do WAY too much running in the anime. An ep in the 140's is almost all running. XD
currently watching Naruto Shippuuden, bleach, night wizard, and Saiyuki(org, reloded, gunlock, requiem.)

I fell asleep on the couch last night, with the tv on The Cartoon Network. At 2 am, I woke to the opening credits of Star ... child... something.... weird.. well, I was still a little foggy. It turns out the star wasn't part of the title at all. Only today was I able to piece together what the title was.

FLCL. Fooly Cooly, Furi Kuri, Episode One . Amazingly weird. I'm gonna stay up (or get up) late and catch the second (of only *six* episodes) tonight, Firestarter.

Yup, that would about cover it.

Fooly Cooly is awesome watch. I guarantee that, even if you are a nippophile, you won't get all the references.

Set my alarm. Woke up on time. No Fooly Cooly. Dangit! Now I have some more detective work to do. I'm hooked.

Oh yeah? Mr Smarty pants?

Where is the schedule? I'd record it too, if I knew what and when....

**please**

There. I said it nicely.

I don't know, exactly. Direct TV has a search by title, I selected it and told it to "record all" and then I bumped it up in the prioritizer.

Ok. Report. I have surmised from the schedule that it has been on once a week, Tuesdays. Or is that Wed 0100? I don't know. I haven't seen any more episodes, but you certainly have had time to record and watch some, so.... what gives?

I saw the scooter girl and her guitar target a number of times this weekend.

At Sakura-Con! Report and pictures to follow. It was *awesome*. SonofV and I had a great time.

So, Flint. Did you record them? Did you watch them? I saw the box set at Sakura-Con but didn't feel compelled to part with $70 for six episodes. I am looking for a little feedback here. Well?

By the way for other readers who might be able to contribute, I'm looking for feedback about FLCL.
