Break a leg... or finger, or pencil. Whatever's appropriated for a writer/composer/piano man.

Alright folks, the week's more than halfway over, and you know damn well you aren't going to work as hard over the weekend as you would on a weekday. How's everyone doing?

I will finish my oddly spur-of-the-moment crafty project, making two weighted blankets.
For item number 1... well, I got the transcript at any rate. There's a slight chance I'll still get it scanned and emailed to the right guy tomorrow.

Item number 2... Purchased all the definite items, and 2 have actually arrived already. But I cannot claim "serious headway" on the remainder.

Number 3... I finished the first blanket in very good time, but have been dragging my feet on starting the second one. Definitely won't finish it by Sunday, even if I started right now.

All in all, I failed to meet my stated goals.

What did I achieve so far.....um, nothing substantial beyond the ordinary. Found my advent calendar. Got the advent calendars up on time. But beest was rocking on overdue jobs last night and got all the halloween stuff down to the basement. Maybe today's the day..... i just made a definitive list of library items to be hunted down. But i suspect that's more procrastination/everyday and checked off the to-do list.... just doing it a little better than usual.

...I never even got round to specifying what I was going to do because I had a feeling that i was going to suck this week and... it was mostly an "unstarring" thread by origin.

I want to get my outside fairy lights up tomorrow afternoon, but it has the makings of being damn cold.... other than that, my weekend is predetermined. Swim Team Carbo Load, figure skating and late hockey game this evening, early swim championship and hockey practice tomorrow, hockey practice, hockey game followed by mad dash across eastern michigan to a swim championship for two Sunday.

I did half of what I set out to do. It's not my fault though. I'm waiting on others to do their shit.
