there might be a danger of me wasting away if I step it up too much......

I wonder if rioting is a good calorie burner?

I hear that throwing a bomb and then running like hell is excellent exercise.

Thor's teacher asked if I'd been working out because I look like I've lost weight

This is a better indication than a scale. Makes you feel better about working out so hard, huh.

My clothes are getting looser.
I just have a feeling I am stretching them out rather than losing weight.

Next school year is the biggie - I'll be rolling down towards 40.
I swear I will not be fat and forty.
I'm not going to be all Keira (as if!) but I will no longer be Jo Brand (much as I admire her as a woman and comedian).

See, Monnie? No JB involved
Oh - shit. Just mentioned him.
Soz and all that.

Just passed the 15 mile mark for the season. Weight hovering at that low point -legs feeling very muscular and shaped

Three for the price of one. JB's the least frown-inducing of them

The quality of your speakers have a lot to do with it...the guitar was very piercing and somewhat annoying on mine, but hey, he's Rufus's father so he hasn't been written off.
