Check again. I said that Buddism is based on fact of self realization (not soul).
The exact words are "East has always believed.........."

While you're tripping and shutting out physical input, try not to get run over by a bus, or eaten by a Bear, because that is reality, that is truth.

You understand my confusion. Following a reference to Buddhism with a general statement about "The east" might lead one to presume you were referring to Buddhism since it does have its roots in the east.

Well, thats not how I meditate. Sitting on road, or a jungle. I wonder that where you sleep. Marshmallows, or tropical forests I guess?

But sooner or later you have to stop meditating and come back to reality. If you bring your vacation attitude back to your job, your job may not last.

Oh, and I haven't heard of any space shuttles or UFOs killing anybody on the beach.

Neither I have heard about bears or planes killing anybody on the beach
Coming back to reality (perspective word), doesn't kill you anyways

That's because you didn't click on classicman's link. See what happens when you shut out input, you don't know what the fuck is going on.

Oh, and Bears on the beach... Alaska and Canada have lots of them.

Well I can't do anything if you are not ready to take the topic hands on. It is not possible to live with your senses closed. But what was the point? Experience may not be dependent on these senses always. Some experiences are beyond them.

Any experiences beyond external input are completely in your mind. Your hallucinations have no validity in the real world, they're between you and your shrink.

But are they real or imagined? Leaving the "perception" out of the equation.

Oh and try again to click on the link so that you may understand the validity.

There's no point in anything being "real" once perception is left out of equation. But again, is perception too dependent on the five senses. Not going any ga-ga over "sixth sense". But it so often guides us in our sub-conscious mind.

What if your perception alters what reality really is.
