Boulder, CO or New Orleans, La?

I am from New Orleans, originally, and I would love to hear how the town is doing. I left last April, and miss the good times I have had there. I now live in Boulder, which is a great town as well, and the surroundings are magnificent. My question is this: are there any decent central american restaurants along the front range? I know there are a few decent meican places- I am talking about Honduran, Nidaraguan, or Cuban food. In Denver, Perhaps?
