During the violent and deadly Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia, desperate refugees learned to eat spiders. Now, some 20 years later, Cambodians not only eat them but consider them a national delicacy. And so here we have Sim Yong, spider vendor, offering his selection of the fried version of the insects. |

Lobster vs bugs
I think the real reason that spiders ae inferior to losters is the shell::meat ratio.
Besides, have you ever seen a nutcracker and fork set small enough to extract the meat from one of those? I think you are supposed to steam those anyways.
