Can you return the ink cartridge as defective and get a replacement?

nope. well I could try but I have tried before with really defective carts and they refuse to even replace them. Also, it bust before I put the new cart in, so I'm pretty sure that is not it. It's got to be something with the print head, I just can't figure out what...


I saw that in some printers you can remove the whole bank of print heads, but I can't see any way to do that on this one.

...although maybe I could try again, and just start coughing a little...

but I'm pretty darn certain it won't solve my problem which is what I really want. :/
