I unreservedly endorse:
Ginger by Lush John Frieda Volumising Hairspray Bacon & egg baguettes with HP Sauce Rita Queen of Speed (ride) at Alton Towers (theme park) btw is Clinique considered a less expensive brand or have I read that wrong? Clarins & Clinique are considered quite posh among us admin staff. We get trial sizes of the skincare & eke them out so that we smell expensive. Slumming it would be buying Superdrug's own label brand.... (which is on my bathroom shelf at the moment!) |

Girls who don't wear much makeup are hawt.
I endorse: Porcupine Tree Strawberry yogurt pop tarts Springfield Armory pistols Dunlop guitar picks (1.0 mm) Larrivee acoustic guitars -- if I can ever afford a good one O'Dell's Vanilla Porter -- only available on brewery tours, and I've never had it. But it sounds good, no?

I usually wear make-up when I go out and I prefer cream blush to the dry powder kind (goes on more smoothly for a natural look).
I endorse: American Spirit cigarettes The Colorado Plateau Toyota 4-wd trucks Shalimar perfume |

It is quite the Politically Correct thing to say "I like no makeup". In fact, done right, a girl with makeup will turn heads.
It is well known in marketing that people will say things in answering survey questions, yet they will act differently. Two years ago, a company found that people said they would be more likely to click on unobtrusive text ads than more prominant attention-grabbing text ads. The same people clicked on ads at over twice the rate at Ask Jeeves (prominant) than at Google (unobtrusive). People lie.

I'll go one step further. It's not the girl as much as it is the perception of the girl that matters more, at the ranges at which makeup has an influence, but before other forces come into play (social interaction, physical interaction) Makeup is important, like a good cover letter. But it's limited. Quote:
But wrt your point about makeup, it's a lot easier to do poorly than it is to do well, and perhaps for those "liars" that said they like no makeup, it's certainly possible that the "no makeup look" they say they like may well be makeup applied so skillfully that it is invisible. At least they can't see the makeup they're looking at, imagining (perceiving) the beauty to be all girl and no makeup. edit: I can't type for sh*t today.

Based on this past weekend's experience, I must add:
Smoking Loon Merlot Yes, it's a real wine. Cool label too. http://www.smokingloon.com I have to see if I can find some of their screwcap wines as well.

One of my favorite parts in "Top Secret" was the waiter bringing the wine: "Your Thunderbird '69, sir..." - waiter unscrews the top, hands it to Val Kilmer to sniff the cap. The wine is poured, Val and chick get up to dance, and wine eats its way through the glass.

Actually, it's "3 Loose Screws." And they have a very reasonable justification for screwcap instead of cork.
Go look. It's fun.
