orcs? cook? seems they'd be more the steak tar-tar/carpacio types.

Don't buy it...
"Place sharpened stick through live chicken, heat in fire until dead, or until you cannot wait any longer, eat cool guts first or get your ass-kicked or killed for it first."
That is an Orc recipe.
If they were in a hurry, they would just eat it alive.

Also try searches on beer can chicken if you prefer your chicken cooked instead of Moria-style -- this is BCC with a basting.
