I once had horribly realistic dreams about biting the dust in my clarinet lessons. (Two consecutive dreams on one night on one topic--the only time that's ever happened to me.)

I've had dreams that effect me like that... even worse sometimes I'll reference something I've said in conversation to someone...only to realize that I said it in a dream.
I have a friend who's struggling right now in an unhappy relationship...and she recently had a dream of the *perfect* guy, apparently...now she's feeling a bit of a depression that she can't shake because she longs for the dream-guy.

I had a dream fairly recently that my fiance had fallen in love with someone else, and wanted to leave me. He was very cold, and made me cry--which made me wake up. And ugh, I still felt like crying even then.
But I told him about the dream right away, which helped me to get over it. |

yes, my husband avoided me...although he didn't know he was avoiding me, but it was a good thing he only had to spend about an hour with me the whole day.
And now today he's going to be late again...and I'm sad cause i wanted to make it up to him. ![]()

I've often had dreams that affected my emotions in real life. I often dreamt that I'd caught my ex out in some way and the feeling of hurt and betrayal lasted into my waking hours. In his case, he had done plenty of things that left me feeling this way in real life, so the dreams just stirred up emotions I'd buried.
I had an irrational dislike of Take That for years after dreaming they came to my house to do a special performance in my living room and were all really nasty to me. I was sneakily glad when they spilt up and sank without a trace (except Robbie of course). I like to think they took that time out in order for me to forgive them - now I have they can be successful again ![]() I once had a dream about a man I'd only met twice. We got on so well and clicked so perfectly in my dream that when he invited me over for dinner I packed for an overnight stay. And I did too.

Well, as it's your thread I can't be accused of chatting
![]() I went with a bottle of Baileys (too sweet for me now but I loved it then) and a bottle of baby oil and put them down on the table when I arrived and said, "That's the entertainment sorted then!" He was the best kisser I have ever met. Every man I've kissed since has been held to his standard. Even thinking about it now gives me an all-over body blush. No more details though, I am a lady dontcha know!

Also, no dislike of Take That could ever be considered irrational. |

Ali, I'd suggest a partial explanation to your hubby ... that you had a bad dream in which you two were angry with each other ... but can't remember the details. Then make it up to him for this affecting your waking mood. (SG's technique, described above, sounds pretty effective for this

I had so much sass other women used to rub up against me hoping some would leak out.
Nope, that was what happened in real life - the dream just gave me a sense we had already connected.

No I don't know, and if it's true I'm now very disappointed. lol
Sounds like you had a bit of sass when you were younger SG.
