Drax I have the same issue with Yahoo and optonline email addresses. They don't show up in the users inbox or junk box. My suggestion is to dump Yahoo with the quickness. Yahoo also doesn't allow it's free account holders to setup their Yahoo accounts on POP3/SMTP email program like Outlook. Gmail is the way to go friend.

So does the fact that members can't choose whether or not they want conversation view on or off, cuz my pref. would be 'off'.

I have none of those options - On the left I have a drop down menu where I can turn it on or off.
