Blech. I've felt like I had a hangover all day. (And I haven't touched a drop all week.)

I totally skipped out on work this afternoon to play hooky. My boss has been gone since yesterday--left me with nothing to do but filing. Plus, I was pissed at him for something he did.

Bored and pissed--not a good combination. And the office was dead, dead, dead (we have a 3-day weekend, for you non-US peeps).

So I dropped off my half day vacation request and said See ya!

Yea...everyone in our office left by 12 but me, and then I was gone by 2:00. No one cares. That's a good thing!
You can choose to use your alone time by singing on the intercom half-naked next time Clouder.
Or answer the phones politely stark naked. lol! Just lock the doors and be sure to close the blinds first.

I chose to use the time shopping! Malls were packed, as we're obviously not the only ones let loose on the world prematurely.

I actually found a really cute swimsuit that I like and looks good on me. (Well, as good as it could look, anyway).

We've got a three day weekend too.
Although I'm technically working as I'm going to take pics of a carnival where children we've been working with are making an appearnance. And then the pub in the evening. But after all it's an exciting work day.

I was going to say - beats working. But I actually enjoy both my job right now!

Happy Saturday morning to yous all.

No, it's Monday I'm working (and Sunday, but that's just 4 hours at the pub and par for the course).

Tomorrow I do as I please (except opening the office at 09.00!)
It's gonna be, gonna be, gonna be.... a lovely daaaaaay!

Thanks

I have been cranking out 70-80 hr weeks for a month or more
Today as I was checking scales in a plant the Handel broke off my test weight cart , I called my boss told him I was going to go home and fix it , and if it was Ok with him I was going to take a 1/2 day off and cut grass , he said and I quote " no you will NOT take a 1/2 day off , go home fix your cart , then get in your truck go buy a case of beer , put it in a cooler , fill the cooler with ice then go home and sit in your pool and drink beer and chill for the rest of the after noon , oh and put the beer and ice on your expence report !!!"
YES SIR !!!!!!
