He does look very serious dog like that. I prefer just a little more fur - so, in a couple of weeks when he's got a little bit to soften the lines he'll look perfect for me
 Right now he looks quite statuesque, but I do miss my little bear :P

Yeah - you don't realise how elegant and athletic the beardie build is til you see one of 'em clipped right down.
He's only just taking on his full adult bulk and moving away from the rangy adolescent build now at 28 months.

He has poorly ears at the moment, poor lamb. The matting was so tight to te fur in places that the clippers have caught the skin and both the tips of ears came back raw - now infected - cue: antibiotic tablets down his throat twice a day and cotton balls soaked in salt water dabbed onto the ear tips three or four times a day. And lead walk only to avoid any adventures through the undergrowth.
If it's not one thing it's another. Back to the vets tomorrow for check up.

Mum emailed me a series of pics she took a few weeks ago when Carrot was at her house.
I'm including her captions  "Woof woof" ? (what's this) ?  "Woof woof woof woof woof" (it's coming from up there)  "Woof woof woof woof.........." (Surely it can't be.........,)  "Woof"!!!!!!!!! Woof woof woof woof woof woof" (It is!!!!!!!!! It's the end of the rainbow!)  "Woof woof woof woof woof woof" (now where's that pot of gold?)
