The government lent this guy $25K, and this is what he learned to do for the money? Not only should he pay it back, they should get additional interest., since he clearly didn't use the money for education.

This is not the first time Mr McGowan, who is due to begin a second degree, in History of Art, at Goldsmiths in October, has undertaken such a venture.
According to the article in Ananova this dumb-ass is now preparing to earn a second degree. He shouldn't be allowed to do so given his intent to get out of paying for the first one. He should be ordered to pay the first one in full before running up any more educational debts he doesn't intend on paying. Of course, this won't happen so I guess we'll have to wait to see how an Art History major tries to get out of paying. Maybe he'll try pissing on the Mona Lisa on Tony Blair's doorstep.

He's at it again:

Mark McGowan, from Peckham, south east London, has said he will sit in a bath of baked beans, with two chips up his nose and sausages wrapped around his head for 12 days to celebrate English culture and food.

If he had any balls he'd do it outdoors.

He's gonna prune up something fierce, that's for sure.

Is he actually Irish? I mean that would explain a lot, being as the Irish are quite mad.

Well... they are if they like English food. Seriously though, the working class Irish who grow up in England/Scotland have a lot of social stresses... it can't be healthy. It may even lead to absurd levels of self-promotion.
