Did I cross a line? If so feel free to squeegie this thread off the page. I just thought I was being silly since Ibram is so in touch with 80's pop culture...

I think he's got a sense of humor, he's just tied up with the back to school thing. Besides, If he doesn't know we love him at this point, he needs a kick in the ass.

I think his Mom must be pretty cool, too. You know, helping with the trivia thing and everything, plus being a, never-know-what's-next, military wife.

If I'm wrong, a quick PM from him and the whole thread will evaporate.

I thought Ibram's Mom was Alex Trebek.

Whoa, I was (and still am) in Hualian for the weekend for the AVG/Fifth Squadron Reunion. I even met one of the only people to ever fly in three wars!

And dont worry, all I can do is LAUGH at this thread. If you'd ever seen my mother you'd know why.

Ibram, I want you to know that I forgive you for being a cheating bastard at music trivia.

I just want to say that I have been constantly impressed by Ibram's maturity, insight and generally spot-on Cellar attitude, all from so young a lad. This kid is, I think, someone who we might be able to trust with our pension funds and social security accounts someday. Hell, we have middle-aged, allegedly mature members who don't comport themselves with half the aplomb that Ibram does.

You go, kid!

That's because Ibby's a fed who came here trolling for rightwing fundamentalist minister politicians who were looking to hook up with teenage androgynes over the 'net. When he didn't find any here (thank god, and UT) he decided he liked it here and has yet to do a rocksteady.

Just ask Beestie about the fed thing.

And his mom is Debbie Harry. I thought everyone knew that.
