			Even locked iTunes songs are relatively easily unlocked through burning and ripping, and i'd say only like 5 or 6% of my iTunes library is locked. iTunes is an amazingly good media player, and I used it before I ever got an iPod, so iPod was a logical next step.

			Having had to use Microsoft Word at work for years now, I would NEVER patronize Microsoft anything. Microsoft has gone from being a leader to a follower. Screw them. I don't have an iPod either. Here's what I do: I take my battery-operated TURNTABLE down to the record bins at the thrift stores and church rumage sales. I then sample records from the 50s 60s and early 70s that I don't own, then spend a few bucks and bring them home where I record them directly from my home system to my mini-disc player. Friends send me contemporary music on CDs which I record the same way. And "the social" is such a fuckin lame promotion.

			I have a 3g Zen.  If given an Iplod I would give it away, same goes for this piece of crap.
