9 days since my last smoke. When i crave, i brush my teeth and have a cup of 'Stash fusion green & white tea'. When i cant brush, i chew gum. I do still crave, *a lot*. but its more manageable every day. next step is to get in shape so i can enjoy my newfound lung capacity. I live 5 miles from the colorado foothills and 40 miles from rocky mountain national park. its a damn shame i havent been hiking more often.

This is the sort of thing ive been missing.
